I'm so glad you're here! I’m Liz and I’ve been hand-lettering photo mat gifts since 2012 in my shop, ✍️ Casual Calligraphy. I’ve always been crafty and I went to school to be an elementary art teacher, but ended up teaching 5th grade reading for ten years.

Now I'm a crafty mama who is lucky enough to live at the beach with my sports-loving family. My goal is to fill our home (and yours!) with beautiful, one-of-a-kind pieces. Right now, from my messy-ish desk, there is a beautiful abstract from Lindsay Letters, one of my favorite artists, a rock from our garden, the cutest clay snail, and a tiny bird made with Baby Bell cheese wax😆.
